Hold fast the Word of Life, in this dark hour,
The time is short, reprove, exhort.
To convict the world of sin,
to open up their hearts and let the savior in.
Lift up feeble hands and knees and onward to the fray,
Lift high the banner of the cross as you weep and watch and pray.
Some will be saved through fear, some will be saved by love,
Let us draw near and seek wisdom from above.
