A Prayer of Commitment

Dear Lord, I give this day to you,
Help me, guide me, in all I do.

I yield to You my life, my life, my all
I'll listen to Your faintest call.

Saying "This is the way, walk ye in it"
I'll try to obey, minute by minute.

Satan comes to destroy, rob, and kill
But You came, our lives to fulfill.

Give me a burden, lost souls to win
Those that are helpless, bound by sin.

Lord, I want trophies to lay at Your feet
Healed minds and hearts when in Heaven we meet.
